Collection contains a variety of taped interviews with individuals from the Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska. Interviews touch on individual experiences at off-reservation boarding schools, the Native American Church, Christianity, religious belief, life on the reservation, tribal governance, oral traditions, and discrimination. Collection also includes recordings from the Winnebago All-Indian Conference that touch on alcoholism, education, discrimination, community, and self determination.
